The result of great cooperation between the Chamber of Agriculture and the Community of Communes of Haute Ariège, this "Gourmet notebook of local producers" is aimed at all residents, tourists and visitors of Haute-Ariège.
My gourmet notebook of local producers

Consuming local obviously means consuming fresh, seasonal products without going through the cold chain of intermediaries.

It is also better remuneration for our producers and thus participate in a local economy by encouraging the installation of new farms or consolidating them, a limited environmental impact with agriculture on a human scale, respectful of resources and exemplary traceability.

Consuming locally means supporting our agriculture and participating directly in the economic diversification necessary for farms. It also means engaging in the virtuous field of a circular economy by being an actor in the transition of our territory.


Built on a voluntary basis, this notebook will evolve and be enriched.
