Private lessons for classic cross-country skiing, skating or Nordic hiking.

Possibility of equipping yourself with Nordic ski touring equipment for individuals (slightly wider skis and reinforced boots allowing easier acquisition of balance while retaining the characteristics of classic cross-country skiing).

Children's cross-country skiing group lessons (from 4 to 12 years old):
- Weekends: single lessons from 13 p.m. to 15 p.m.
- Holidays: in the form of a course with presentation of the medal from Monday to Friday from 13 p.m. to 15 p.m.

Introduction to biathlon in group lessons (adults and children from 8 years old):
weekends and holidays from 13 p.m. to 15 p.m. and from 15 p.m. to 17 p.m.
Setting up additional slots from 4 people.

New for 2022/23: Private biathlon lesson of 2 hours in initiation (shooting at 10m) or advanced (shooting at 50m)...from 1 to 5 people depending on the formulas.
Biathlon course: Course over 5x2h validated by a timed test and the presentation of a medal during the holidays (shooting at 10m).

New for 2022/23: 50m biathlon course over 5x2h during the February holidays zone C reserved for adults and limited to 4 people (possibility of setting up on other dates from 2 people).

Nordic ski touring: from 2 hour initiation to day trip (from 1 to 6 people). From the initiation ride on the slopes to the discovery outing off the tracks on itineraries with a Nordic profile.

Snowshoeing: Groups welcome only.

Reception of groups: possibilities of setting up multi-activity stays with cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowshoes...

Visual impairment

Practice of Nordic sledding and reception of the visually impaired (possibility of using more stable Nordic hiking equipment). Biathlon for the visually impaired with a dedicated rifle.
