Our instructors offer private lessons throughout the season in the two disciplines of Nordic skiing:
THE CLASSIC :
Accessible to all ages on groomed slopes which can be traversed without risk, thanks to the mastery of the basic techniques (balance, descent, braking, change of direction) which will allow you to slide in a relaxed and safe way.
SKATING:
You want to start or improve your ease in skating, the ESF instructors will accompany you in your progress.
Individualized exercises will be proposed to you to improve your position on the skis, allowing you to effectively approach the different steps and techniques (effective glide on the flat, step uphill, change of direction, rapid braking).
