1 - Departure

Take the path (GRP du tour du Pays du Donezan) starting in the undergrowth, leaving the stream on your left. Very gently at first, the slope straightens quite clearly to a small clearing. Cross a small stream and again, the slope is steeper. After a right-left bend, continue on the flat area to reach the Counc hut.

2 - Counc's Hut

Leave the Counc hut on the right and continue on the ledge to reach a small steep hill. Once you have crossed this steep slope, a first view of the Roc Blanc is offered to you. One last passage between the pines and a small scree to cross and you are at Laurenti.

3 - Laurenti lake

Go around the pond on the right and start the ascent, still on the GRP, leaving a stream below, in order to reach a small pond.

4 - Small pond

Once at this pond, continue on the GRP which goes to the right at a right angle. The climb becomes steeper and steeper to reach the Col du Laurenti.

5 - Laurenti Pass

Leave the GRP and turn right onto the path which continues to climb to the ridge. The markup, less visible, is now simply made up of cairns but the trace remains very legible. Once at the crest, take the path to the right which will take you to the top of Roc Blanc.

6 - The White Rock

You have arrived at 2542 meters above sea level! The return is by the same route to your starting point.
