Nestled in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, the Ecomuseum of Alzen welcomes you to Albert and Sidonie's farm. An old and traditional farm to meet the peasants of yesteryear and animals of local Pyrenean breeds. Discover ancient plants and vegetables in the gardens, try your hand at wooden games and learn about an aspect of farm life: cheese and bread making.
Work meeting in an equipped room. The dining room can accommodate 40 people for a business meeting. Equipment available: screen and video projector.
12:30 p.m.: Lunch at the Table Paysanne on site
A lunch based on local and seasonal products.
Suggested menu:
Seasonal barrejadis (salad made with local products)
Duck fillet with orange sauce, roasted potatoes
