'Breathing like the Trees' means sharing LIFE with the forest and the trees. They are not so different from us, in the end... We look a little alike... In any case, they bring us a certain way of seeing, feeling things. Breathing with them leads us to perceive these feelings that allow us to be better in ourselves.
Our current way of life leads us to cut ourselves off from certain natural contributions that life offers us....simply. Let's take the time, a moment, to observe, feel, improve our daily life.... Stress, high heart rate, limited oxygenation, organic behavior... Breathing associated with nature allows us to improve this...

* REJUVENATING OUTINGS:
During walks among the trees and in the forests, I bring you to feel our own body, through breathing exercises. Moments of relaxation and pure introspection, the benefits can be numerous (improvement of oxygenation of the body; improvement of breathing; evacuation of stress, etc...).
Cost per participant: 40€.
Approximate duration: 2h00 to 2h30.
* BREATHED MARKETS:
A variant of breathed outings, breathed walks emphasize the breathing to adopt depending on the situation and the terrain traveled.
Achievable on little to very uneven ground, they generate particular interior perceptions.
Cost per participant: 25€.
Approximate duration: 1 hour.
* ACCOMPANIMENT / FOREST BATHS:
Accompaniment of people in the forest to discover a raw, sensitive, calm and relaxing environment. A moment that will allow us to perceive trees as participating 'beings', alongside us, in the life of the Earth.

Approximate duration: 1h30.
* 'FAMILY' AFTERNOON:
So that the whole family can take full advantage of a few hours in the forest, while sharing the feelings between them (based on the 'Breathing Outings').
Fixed costs:
- 1 adult + 2/3 children: 40€;
- 2 adults + 2/3 children: 60€.
Approximate duration: 1h30.
* GLOBAL DAY:
A full day in the middle of trees and nature...to feel our inner resonance through the various exercises offered by "L'ENVOL".
The meal, taken from the bag, will be a privileged moment to share together the feelings perceived....

Duration of the service: approximately 7 hours.
* BIRTHDAY SNACKS:
Playful and musical entertainment for children, because breathing can also be shared as a game. Laughter and fun guaranteed...

* SCHOOL ENTERTAINMENT:
Interventions directly linked to the educational program deployed by the teachers, presentation of the forest and trees through various playful breathing exercises and observations.
Classes: from kindergarten 'small section' to CM2.
