Gite independent of the owners' house on the Domaine du "Moulin d'Icart". Access by 3 steps to the furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Single storey gîte: Living room with lounge area (wood stove), dining area and integrated kitchen area, shower room with wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. (2cm). Baby equipment. Electric heating, electricity and wood included. Sheets, towels, household linen and cleaning service on request for a fee. Beds made on arrival. Internet access (wi-fi). Land in front of the gite shaded by weeping willows. Large shaded park with swimming pool shared with the owners (160m x 12m and 4.5m1 to 10m2 deep) and tourists from the other gîte in the Domaine. Private coated tennis court.
