This former coaching inn, magnificently renovated in the style of the country, is located in the small mountain village of Mérens-les-Vals, along the national road which leads to Andorra. The owners, who love the mountains, have been able to combine noble materials with more contemporary materials to recreate the mountain atmosphere. This warm house includes three apartments including "Le Panicaut de Bourgat" (mountain chalet atmosphere) which is located on the second level. Ground floor: Large entrance hall. Ski-room, with shoe dryers and heated changing rooms, common to the 3 apartments. Located on the 2nd floor, spacious apartment benefiting from a beautiful living space which includes a lounge area with flat screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen. In the same room, a relaxation area with a convertible BZ sofa that can be used as a bed for two people. Two bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm bed, the second with two 110 cm beds. Exterior description: fenced courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, along the road (vehicles not allowed in the courtyard).
