Gîte Le Peyrous

You are here in a unique environment at the end of a dead end road. This superbly restored old barn is labeled “Hébergement de Caractère”. It has been renovated respecting the buildings of yesteryear but keeping in line with current modernity. You will therefore find all modern comfort and careful decoration. It is located 3 km from the village of Cominac and 7 km from local shops, surrounded by nature in a splendid setting: on the "Cominac" plateau with an extraordinary view of Mont Valier. Located on the same plateau as our gîtes Le Ratelier and Le Valier, you have outdoor space completely independent and not directly overlooked. In this very open landscape, the summer kitchen is located in a converted ruin of an old barn.

Located in the Regional Natural Park of the Ariège Pyrenees, detached house with on the ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen area, pantry, wc. Upstairs: shower room, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds and play area). Sheets (beds made) and towels provided free of charge. Paying cleaning service on request. Animal accepted paying (2€/day): 1 dog (except category 7) - only one animal per accommodation (no cats). Barbecue. Garden Lounge. Large unfenced grassy area. National forest nearby.
