The apartment is located on the ground floor in our Couménios house, 1 km from the village of Moulis. It is a quiet place, in a rural landscape and not overlooked. From the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mauberme massif and Pic de Crabère. The house is surrounded by a wooded park of 4500m² with orchard. 5 minutes drive from St. Girons you are close to all amenities such as shops, swimming pool, cinema or medical services. We the owners, Erik and Ingrid, live on the first floor and are happy to provide you with information on most of the hikes and activities to do.
The apartment consists of a living room of 35m², a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with small bathtub and a terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
