Barthet's cottage

In the heart of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises regional natural park, at an altitude of 800 m, family house that can accommodate 8 people, not overlooked, with exceptional views of the meadows and the peaks of Couserans.

The house was completely renovated and insulated in 2023.
Almost energy self-sufficient, it is equipped with photovoltaic panels and heated by the wood stove coupled with solar panels. Always connected to the EDF network if necessary, there is no risk of power outage.

On the ground floor: large living room with lounge, fitted kitchen and wood-burning stove, bathroom with WC and storage room.
The first floor served by a wide staircase includes three large, bright bedrooms with three 140cm beds -
The second floor under the attic includes a bathroom with WC, and a large room with 1 90cm bed and a sofa bed for 1 person.

Garden to the south and shaded patio to the east, all fully fenced.

5 minutes from Massat (all shops), 30 minutes from Saint-Girons, 1 hour from Foix, 1h30 from Toulouse. 1 hour from Guzet-neige for skiing, 30 minutes from Lers pond for snowshoeing.

The house located in a hamlet of 3 houses is adjoining the house of a retired farmer.
In summer, the proximity of the neighborhood does not allow for nocturnal and noisy parties.
