Independent gîte built on the hillside with a superb view over the valley and the 9 surrounding towns. Located under the "Coupy" forest which is a state forest very popular for its mushrooms from late August to September. Surrounded by wooded hills in a set of renovated barns, you will be rocked by the sound of the private spring which crosses the land.

Independent house with on the ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with large fireplace (insert). Upstairs: 2 small attic bedrooms in the attic, each with 2 double beds. Garden level: Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Shower room with wc. Electric heating. Enclosed grassy land crossed by a small spring. Private parking. Terraces including one on the back of the gîte with barbecue and sun loungers. 2 only animal accepted (dog or cat). Tap water can be drunk but as a safety measure the owner offers you 1 liters of spring water per week.
