Cycling, duathlon and running with Orrijoie

Orrijoie is a structure that was born in the Montcalm valley, from two passions, that of sport and that of the mountains and the desire to pass on the chance to be able to evolve on such a beautiful playground.

Julien triathlete and trail runner is a BPJEPS APT graduate and a federal triathlon diploma.

Orrijoie are weekly and weekend courses, for cycling, duathlon and running (for running, these are mainly weekends)

Whatever the course chosen, all departures are from the Auzat sports plain and every day Julien will offer you a new program, different itineraries to discover unmissable places in Ariège.
With animations, sessions, walks, challenges, plenary and individual sessions... to spice up your experience.

On weekly and weekend courses, two level distinctions:
- all levels
- hardened

They are open for groups of 8 people maximum, for a better conviviality and a rich sharing experience.

You can come alone or in groups and join other trainees.
Do you have a group already formed? then you can exclusively book a session for your group.

Outside course dates, Julien offers you to discover the Ariège by bike, for half a day or a day.
