A canyoning outing for all levels:
- Those who wish to practice simple and accessible canyoning for a family activity can discover the Argensous canyon or the Marc canyon, the most suitable for beginners.
These courses are ideal for people with apprehensions related to great verticality.
- A more demanding canyoning course, sports enthusiasts can try out more intense canyons: the Artigue, the Subra or the Escales. The most beautiful, the most magical and the most aquatic... To improve your skills, the Estats canyon is also perfectly suited.
- Finally those who have already done canyoning and are looking for an extraordinary experience can contact us to go in 'expedition' mode towards the full Artigue, the longest race in Ariège, with large verticals in part 1, collections watered in part 2 to finish with the 'Classic' Artigue.
- The Pointe d'Argent also falls into this category of very long races, with a 3.5 hour approach walk in the wild mountains and with its biggest abseil of 70m in a spider's thread.
You are systematically offered preparatory training for these expeditions, because a good level of autonomy is necessary.
A canyoning outing in Ariège is also envisaged to organize an original EVG or EVJF, with friends.

Knowing how to swim is essential. (it is still possible to accommodate the outings for people who cannot swim, forms of disability, etc.) Supply of equipment: - neoprene wetsuits for more comfort, neoprene socks and canyoning shoes. - All safety equipment, helmet, harness, lanyards, descender and carabiners checked to provide: - Towels - Swimwear - Something to tie long hair - Bottle of water please limit the use of sunscreen and cosmetics in order to preserve the aquatic environment.
