Climbing and via ferrata with Zen Aventure

Several formulas are available to you, all year round:

- Cliff, rock school or boulder in the forest: Individual, family, group or private courtyard outing. Climbing/Sophrology courses (3 days or full day)

- Long routes: It is desirable to have some climbing experience and to be at least 14 years old.

- Via ferrata: In summer, big or small ascent from 7 years old. A playful way to "take the height" in complete safety where three routes to choose from are possible. For the more adventurous, an ascent on the north face is a must.

- Special 1/2 day child (from 11 to 14 years old, Special concept for SCHOOL, CLSH, CLAE groups, or other): Evolution on blocks.

It is possible to organize stays and days focused on "Well-being": practice of sophrology in climbing.

Courses, days and 1/2 days offered by an experienced State Certificate, specialist in climbing.

The activities are supervised by a State Certified Sports Educator instructor, climbing / canyon option.
