Flocon d'Ariège is an artisanal confectionery made in La Tour-du-Crieu near Pamiers, in the Occitanie region.
The Ariège snowflake has become THE emblematic candy of Ariège. Round in shape, white in color, it recalls the snowflakes that cover the mountains of the Pyrenees in winter. The firm but not hard candy is coated with a crunchy meringue that hides a creamy heart of hazelnut praline. Handcrafted, each step is done manually.
