Hiking toads

I propose to take you winter and summer, on accessible trails and on formats that can correspond to all profiles, to discover the mountain environment and its immense richness. In a convivial moment, we will go to observe wildlife on the high peaks, explore the ruins of ancient castles or even take historic trails, witnesses of the passage of time. By visiting pastoral huts, taking advantage of the shade of our beautiful forests or dipping our feet in the fresh water of high altitude lakes, we will appeal to our primitive feelings to feel alive! We will also meet those who make the Ariège today, whether they are farmers, shepherds or refuge guards, allowing us to open our senses to another world, that of life. in the mountains, in all its simplicity.
