Ideal as a first experience of day hiking, this outing is aimed at all those who wish to discover the mountain and enjoy the intense disconnection it offers us.
Additional Information :
10 a.m.-15 p.m. Approximately 7km and 400m elevation gain. The trails are in good condition and allow easy movement, but it remains a mountain hike, you must be able to walk for 4 hours. Bring a 25L backpack containing 1,5L of water per person, your snacks, your picnic, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen as well as rain gear and warm clothing. Think about your personal pharmacy (ventolin, current treatments, anti-blister dressings, etc.). Your shoes must be notched and suitable for mountain hiking. Walking poles are strongly recommended (loan possible, contact me). Depending on the weather conditions, the itinerary may be adapted.
