It carries out research, animation, promotion of knowledge and recognition of the Way of Saint-Jacques in Ariège. It organizes walks to make known the way of Saint Jacques, and proposes meetings of pilgrims.

It actively participates in the actions of associations located on the Piedmont route.

the association sends to anyone who requests it by email the list of accommodation on the Piedmont path from Carcassonne to Oloron Ste Marie (there the path joins the Arles path)

It manages the Saint-Jacques stop in Saint-Lizier; Reservations must be made at the Couserans Pyrénées Tourist Office.
