WHO ARE THEY?
La Ferme des Croquants is a happy team that offers good peasant products!

6 friends have been working on this installation project since 2018. After long months to complete all the administrative procedures, the adventure really begins in the summer of 2022 with their installation on the farm at La Bastide de Besplas and the resumption of the land by the Terre de Liens association.

10 months of work await them to redevelop the premises. Bakehouses, silos, sorters, flour mills, breweries, greenhouses, irrigation were created. The plots are prepared to accommodate wheat, barley, buckwheat, clover and around 40 varieties of vegetables!

Today, they produce sourdough bread with their flours, beer with their cereals and Ariège hops (Ferme du Vif) and a wide variety of vegetables. In 2025, you will also be able to find eggs, fruits and preserved vegetables on the stalls!

Moreover, it happens on Tuesday evenings on the farm but also via à la carte baskets delivered every week in Foix as well as in the Récantou producers' store in Toulouse.
