1 - Guided tour of the Grand Bison brewery in Lavelanet

10h: These craft brewers wanted to pay tribute to the Magdalenian artists who drew in the famous cave of Niaux located in Ariège. They made a mark of it! The use of local malts produced organically is one of their priorities. The fast takes place in the production workshop. The brewer or brewer will explain to you the process of making craft beer: from the choice of raw materials, through brewing and finally packaging (bottling). Enjoy a nice tasting and a free bottle!
