1 - Meeting with your instructor and rafting trip

Appointment with your state-certified guide and instructor for a rafting outing on the Ariège at the Rebech stadium in Foix. 1 instructor per group of 9 participants.
Briefing before departure on equipment, safety instructions and the course.
Embark with a crew of 4 to 8 people on a very stable inflatable boat. You will evolve in complete safety along the river, to make the most of the rapids or calmer waters.
13 p.m.: end of the activity.
Know how to swim. Provide sneakers to go in the water, a swimsuit, a towel and a change of clothes.
This activity can also take place in the afternoon, depending on your requirements and the program for your day or your stay.
