YOUR APPOINTMENTS:
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: Hatha and Nidra session on the sacrum at Les Cabannes
Accessible to all (beginners and initiated).
Take your equipment if you have it (carpet, cushion, blanket ...) otherwise possibility of loan on indication when booking.
