Stand Up Paddle is a new discipline in paddle sports, used in the ocean as a means of “walking”. However, the development of equipment in recent years now allows us to practice this sport in our rivers in Ariège.
Equipped with a headlamp, come for a walk and discover Ariège from another angle with night navigation on an easy-to-access route. You can cross the town of Tarascon under the influence of the Moon, then continue the descent through the meanders of the Ariège.
