In canyoning you will be guided by water, from waterfalls to waterfalls in the canyons of Ariège.
Speleology will allow you to discover the sixth continent, and to explore the Ariège underground world.
These activities are easy nothing elitist. You just need to know how to walk and want to go there. Come experience the adventure as a group, family or join an already established team.
During the canyon outings I introduce you to abseiling techniques so that you are independent and have the maximum pleasure. I favor small groups and offer outings off the beaten track, or with staggered schedules.
For caving, you can experience your first exploration from the age of 6, I provide all the equipment necessary for the realization of the activity. Sports outing possible for the day on major explorations
The little extra:
I welcome clients to my canyoning and speleology center with a café and all the amenities (toilets, etc.), and at the end of the activity we meet at the center to share a drink and get feedback on the activity.
During the outings, the emphasis is on pedagogy and learning
Additional Information :
For canyoning knowing how to swim is mandatory I provide all the equipment necessary for the realization of the activity including Adidas canyoning shoes. You just have to come with a swimsuit and a towel For caving: you have to come with sports pants (jogging, leggings or hiking) and a sweatshirt or fleece, plus a complete change (your clothes can get wet during the 'activity).
