Gite Lilarize

Welcome to Lilarize, A 17th century building with lots of charm, renovated with ecological and quality materials, it is also a place for collective and family living in which we have just renovated a completely independent gîte located on the 2nd floor. The entrance is shared with 3 tenants who live here all year round.
You can benefit from the large common areas on the ground floor (small and large living room with video projector for watching films)
The garden is shared but its configuration will allow you to find cozy and intimate spaces not overlooked to relax and let yourself be lulled by the song of the river. Its century-old Indian lilacs and palm trees will offer you the shade you need in the event of extreme heat.
We will welcome you here in a friendly and family spirit, we will be delighted to share with you the good tips of the area, (restaurants, walks...), chat over a drink in the garden, but we will also respect your need for privacy and calm.

The cottage consists of:
- an entrance with storage
- a living room with fitted kitchen, a lounge/library area
- a large bedroom that can accommodate 3 people.
- a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs:
- A mezzanine with convertible sofa and desk
- A small cabin bedroom / games room
- A bedroom for 2 people with bathroom
We can provide you with a high chair and baby bath on request.
On the landing you will have access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
