Do not miss ! Every Monday morning, Mirepoix comes alive around its large market, where you can stroll and find fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, spices, textiles, jewelry, craft objects... all in a very friendly and colorful atmosphere. To visit, the Saint Maurice Cathedral which has an extraordinary vault span, the widest in Europe!
