In the heart of the hamlet of Croquié, at the foot of Mont Fourcat, this pretty house is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends. It faces south, towards gardens and the surrounding woods. It enjoys an exceptional panorama of the Pyrenees that you can't stop admiring. The interior is furnished with taste and functionality which almost makes us forget the old part of the house which was a barn. It combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. Some characteristics remain: the narrow staircase to access the 1st floor and two of the bedrooms have an access door with a ceiling height of less than 175 cm.

Detached house on 3 levels with direct entrance via the summer kitchen/laundry room on the ground floor, a bedroom with direct access to a shower room with wc. 1st floor: a landing converted into a games room, a shower room with wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 cm), a living room with mezzanine and a kitchen area with direct access to a small terrace. 160nd floor: a bedroom with 2 double bed (1 cm), a toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds (140 cm or can be combined into 2 bed 1 cm). Electric heating. Rental of sheets, towels, cleaning service on request. Baby equipment on request (bed, toilet reducer, bath, high chair). Household linen offered.
