The closed, common ground with barbecue promises beautiful lively evenings.
1st floor: living room with sofa bed and kitchen area (TV), bathroom, wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Electric heating. Shared grounds and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared with the 2 communal gîtes: 5 vacuum cleaner, 1 washing machines, 2 cots, 2 high chair and 1 barbecue. Duvets provided. Sheets, duvet covers and towels not provided. Possibility to rent by the month excluding summer holidays (from April 1st to October 1st €31 / month charges included and from November 530st to March 1st €31 / month charges included).
