A beautiful rustic cottage of 91m2 located in a rural area less than 4 km from the medieval city of Mirepoix where you will find restaurants and shops. The old farmhouse with its barns is located in a rural setting at the foot of the Pyrenees.
Ideal holiday location if you want to explore the countryside, mountain lakes, Cathar castles or if you are looking for sporting activities whether it be horse riding, cycling, kayaking or skiing in winter, or simply relaxing by the pool.
The cottage has been completely renovated and retains all its character, while having all the facilities and modern comforts. It includes on the ground floor a large living space with the charm of half-timbered wood as well as a well-equipped kitchen and toilet with sink and a washing machine. Come and relax and share friendly moments in our open barn where you will find a summer kitchen, dining table, a ping-pong table, table football and a mezzanine lounge.
The first floor accommodates 4 people. A large bedroom with a 180 bed and an adjoining shower room and a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 and a bathroom and shower.
Sheets and towels are included, and the beds are made. Pool towels are provided.
Traditional shutters and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.
Note that due to the configuration and the age of the farm, the cottage is not designed for young children and toddlers.
You have exclusive use of our facilities
Relax by the private 8x4m heated swimming pool (May to August) nestled in the peaceful garden, away from prying eyes and fully fenced.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the gîte and in the swimming pool enclosure. Outside, extinguished cigarette butts must be thrown into the ashtrays.

Heated swimming pool (May to August) with solar shower, sun lounger and parasols.
Depth 1.25m to 1.80m.
Cleaning products compatible with septic tank (bleach strictly prohibited).
Dog: We welcome your small, well behaved dogs on request.
Umbrella cot – high chair on request.
The owners live on site in an adjacent barn with their own completely separate garden and are available for any questions and remain discreet. They have access to the gite garden for watering flowers, general garden maintenance and the pool.
