This cottage is located in the heart of the village in a traditional house adjoining the owners' second home. We appreciate the balcony which allows you to enjoy the sunshine all day long and the view of the Madres massif. Numerous hiking trails will allow you to discover preserved fauna and flora, mountain peaks and lakes, or go fishing. The Mijanès alpine and cross-country ski resort is 4 km from the cottage and welcomes you in a unique environment.
Access from the rear part of the house. 1st floor: living room with kitchen area equipped and renovated in 2023 (gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle). Bathroom, separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed with French window opening onto the balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed and 2 bunk beds for children under 12 years old. Ski room, private courtyard (1 vehicle can park), south-facing balcony. Electric convector heating, fireplace, washing machine. Sheets are included in the rental rate and beds are made upon arrival. End of stay cleaning optional. Pets are not accepted.
