The present church of Senesse de Sénabugue, dedicated to Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul was built in the second half of the XNUMXth century.

The old church, which bore the same dedication, stood on the site of the current cemetery. It is also cited in 1110 among the churches usurped from the canons of Saint-Sernin in Toulouse, alongside those of Saint-Christaud and Sainte-Marie de Pontis.

The 3,5th century high altar, in polychrome marble and measuring XNUMXm long, is classified as an object on the list of Historic Monuments.
