Trained for 5 years with the FFHY, Chrystel offers 6 sessions per week:

Monday: 17:30 p.m. - 18:45 p.m. Hatha Yoga - Salle St Udaut, rue du Martinet in Ax
19:00 p.m. - 20:15 p.m. Hatha Yoga - St Udaut Room

Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - Yoga session with chair and accessories. Gentle and intense practice which adapts to a wider audience regardless of age or mobility. - Savignac les Ormeaux village hall
18:45 p.m. to 20 p.m.: Hatha Yoga session at the Savignac les Ormeaux village hall

Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: 2-hour Hatha and Nidra Yoga session at Sacrum in Les Cabannes
18:30 p.m. - 19:45 p.m.: Hatha Yoga session in Prades

Accessible to all (beginners and initiated).
Take your equipment if you have it (mat, cushion, blanket, etc.). Possibility of loan on indication when booking.
Paid. Remember to register!

In the mountains: Also a hiking guide and ski instructor, Chrystel offers day trips or stays all year round. Hiking & Yoga, Snowshoeing & Yoga, and soon an introduction to Ski touring & Yoga!
