Equipped routes on the Main Site (granite), the Montcalm Site (granite) and the Far (granite) and semi-adventure or mountain routes on the Pilier des Vents (granite) accessible from the Bassies car park.

Known for its interesting initiation sectors for supervision, Auzat offers in more than half of its routes quotations beyond 5 (difficulties in 6 and 7), in dihedrals, magnificent slabs and walls vertical, equipped in a very correct way.
12 quickdraws and a 70 m rope are sufficient for most lengths. A 100m abseiling rope, a set of nuts and a set of friends are still necessary in the routes of several pitches of the Pillar of the Winds.
Main sector: from Auzat follow the direction of Marc, then find on the right, 200 m after leaving the village of Auzat, a car park with a few benches. The first routes are opposite 5 minutes by taking the path that goes up.
Montcalm: from the car park (10 mins), go immediately to the left on a horizontal path. After 500 m, take a path on the right, just before a footbridge, which in 5 min leads to the first tracks.
Le Far: from Auzat, direction Marc. 700 m after the school rock car park, park on a large open flat area to the right of the road. Join the bridge of the equestrian center, very close, to cross the river, and just after, take the horizontal path to the right. 50 m later, take a small path on the left which leads in 5 minutes to a scree and the cliff.
Pillar of the winds: from Auzat, follow the direction of Marc, pass in front of the equestrian center and stop at the car park provided for access to the Bassiès refuge. On foot, take the GR 10 to the private road of the Bassiès power plant, and then follow it to the terminus (40 mins), then take the old aqueduct on the right to a pylon. Pass above the pylon and follow an old cairned path crossing 2 streams (25 mins). Watch out for some steep and tricky passages. The start of the routes is on the pillar after the second stream.
NB: Many mountain routes on very beautiful high-altitude granite, at Madelon, Pic de Sauve and Pic Rouge de Belcaire.
