The crystal factory, Broll workshop, Glass designers

In the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, in the village of Le Pla is La Cristallerie Beranek. A building dating from the 19th century whose machines work thanks to its water mill. This singular know-how has seen the birth of luxurious table services in cut crystal over thirty-five years. In 1985, in the absence of apprentices to continue the trade, the Cristallerie closed its doors. Currently, Anna and Ramon seek to enhance the industrial and artisanal heritage of the territory by rehabilitating this forgotten space. This heritage allows them to start creating creations while learning to operate the machines of yesteryear. This project aims to give new life to this very special place with the launch of their glass craft workshop.
