It is on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet residence. In addition, you have a private parking space at the rear of the building. The apartment is bright thanks to its North/West exposure. SHORT STAY PACKAGE: from 2 nights including bed made, bathroom linen, tea towel, hand towel, electricity/household heating included. WEEK PACKAGE: including bed made, 8kw/ d electricity, end of stay cleaning at your expense a French window and a window for the TV lounge and dining area. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed with a shower room open to the bedroom. However, the toilet is separate. Regarding the living room, we have equipped the integrated kitchen with: - a fridge freezer, - ceramic hob, * an oven, * a microwave, - dishwasher, and washing machine . On the other hand, we have not forgotten the small household appliances (Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner). In the living room area, the dining area and the TV lounge area (with a flat screen) for relaxation and a wifi internet connection. The gîte does not welcome animals even if we love them. The cottage is non-smoking. To give you more choice, in the same building we have 3 other cottages for 2 people the cottage “the sunset” or “the wild mauve” or “the refuge of the squirrels” and two others for 4 people “the dew of the morning” or “the stone at the water’s edge”.
