Access to a mezzanine with 2 double beds (2 cm) ceiling height <140 cm, access by spiral staircase. Suspended terrace. Gas central heating. Sheet rental, bathroom linen and cleaning service on request. Sheets, (Beds made on arrival), bathroom linen provided for one week's rental. Parking on the street in front of the house. Storage room with washing machine and dryer. (Housekeeping deposit €180). A surprising contrast... A former postal inn with a resolutely modern interior. The huge day room upstairs extends into a covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the former listed seminary of the town. We appreciate its "loft" type layout reinforced by the presence of metal stairs. The mezzanine open to the living room and furnished as a bed will delight the youngest. The bedrooms on the ground floor each with television are perfect for "night owls". We appreciate the numerous cultural and sporting activities (river with swimming, more than 75 km of marked trails, 10 hectare ornithological park) as well as the geographical location: 100 minutes from Toulouse, 35 hour from the city of Carcassonne, 1 hour from first walks in the Pyrenees and 1 hour from the Mediterranean Sea.
