A one bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living room and mezzanine bedroom, with use of the garden, swimming pool and free parking. A tranquil setting nestled in the foothills of Midi-Pyrénées, on the edge of the village with a bakery, butcher, bar and restaurant. The town of Lavelanet, with its shops and amenities, is a 10-minute drive away. Local attractions are the Château de Montségur, the Fontaine des Fontestorbes, the Crapahut adventure park and the magnificent Voie Verte cycle path along the old railway line from Mirepoix to Lavelanet, the Château de PUIVERT , the Roquefort les Cascades waterfalls, the Monts d'Olmes winter sports resort open in winter and summer, etc. The Quillan and Montbel lakes are 15 minutes away. There is fishing available in the area (licence required) and we have a selection of equipment you can borrow. Andorra can be reached in around 90 minutes, as can the beaches of Perpignan.
