For the territory of Haute-Ariège, 4 leisure centers located in the municipalities of Auzat, Ax-les-Thermes, Les Cabannes and Luzenac welcome children aged 3 to 12, residents or holidaymakers, during school holidays (Toulouse Academy area) as well as AM Wednesdays throughout the school year.
Local transport, free for families who do not have a means of transport, is implemented. The various activity teams, which supervise the children during vacation time, develop educational projects whose priority objectives are to offer quality group life that promotes learning of autonomy, cooperation and of respect for others. Finally, bridges are organised: between the leisure centers but also the public reading network, the crèches as well as the reception establishments for the 3rd age in order to strengthen the intergenerational link.
