The project from yesterday to today aims to bring together local actors and raise awareness of local history and heritage. This project also aims to demonstrate that whatever our professions, tertiary or primary, or our origins, we belong to the same ecosystem and we wish to pool our strengths.
Artisans, traders, guides, are actors united and brought together by stories of family and heart, and motivated by the common love of the valley. Between yesterday's heritage and today's reality, we want to discover a little piece of our valley.
. 9 a.m. - meeting at Montcalm Aventure then discovery of the Dolmen de Sem and the Mine du Rancier, the GAEC des Rapailles farm, the Rucher du Montcalm honey farm, the SOS Bière brewery.
. 12:30 p.m. - upon reservation, possibility to eat at the Table de l'Orriégeoise and taste local specialties.
