We are Elodie & Yan passionate about nature and animals, we have chosen to make it our job and move towards traditional breeding of Pure Gascon Pigs (same breed as the Noir du Bigorre which is an AOP designation) and market gardening conducted in Organic Agriculture.
We are breeders, fatteners, processors with a market gardening activity in addition. Our pigs benefit from an area of ​​20 hectares composed mainly of oak trees. Animal welfare, sustainable agriculture and product quality are our priorities!

Our travels helped us become farmers, particularly in the choice of raising Gascon pork but above all to participate in the agriculture of tomorrow! Our breeding is a life project with our three-year-old son.
Perseverance and patience allowed us to acquire the ideal land for our project.

Our farm is extensive breeding on a human scale, biodiversity, direct sales, registration in a territory, and therefore peasant agriculture.
Raised outdoors, fed in an entirely natural way (cereals from small local producers, vegetables, fruits, acorns), our pigs benefit from the forest composed mainly of oak trees for a minimum of 12 months of fattening. They need space to flourish!!! Especially since our pigs are enjoying their time hanging out!!
The Gascon pig grows very slowly, so this breed is not suitable for intensive breeding... This pig is too greedy for acorns and roots! We give them time to grow and flourish in their element!! they make it good for us, it's such a nice and easy animal that loves scratches, for the pleasure of children or adults; )
Our farm is engaged in organic farming. Outdoor breeding is of course chosen for the quality of life of its animals and for the conservation of the characteristics of the breed.
Outdoor breeding requires work on immunity, with kefirs and trace elements, which ensures almost no veterinary intervention.
All our breeders are registered with LIGERAL, the only guarantee of pure breed, and of animals presenting the characteristics of the breed, including the exceptional quality of meat, due in particular to its slow growth.
We carry out the processing of our products in a CUMA.
We practice direct sales by offering our products directly from the farm, delivery, markets, biocoops...
Our products are natural, without preservatives or additives, just like the good pig of yesteryear!! And with its particularity of Gascon pork: its marbled meat and the quality of its fat give a very typical charcuterie with an exceptional flavor.
