Gilles is a breeder passionate about his profession and his Limousin cows.
The farm has 40 mother cows, around twenty calves, oxen, heifers and the Nono bull.

From March to December, the herd lives outdoors. During the winter period, the animals are stabled and fed on hay.
The herd is raised with a biodynamic and homeopathic approach.
All products are sold directly to consumers upon reservation.
