You will visit the cloister, the Treasury of the Bishops of St-Lizier and the cathedral with its magnificent Romanesque frescoes as well as the XNUMXth century pharmacy with its remedies and instruments of yesteryear.
The Bishops' Palace, whose scenography has been completely revised, also adjoins one of the most beautiful religious buildings in the Occitanie region: the Notre Dame de la Sède cathedral with its ceiling paintings like a small Sistine chapel!

Pascal makes his clogs entirely by hand. He is one of the last clog makers in France. He will tell you the famous legend of these clogs sought after by collectors and worn by local folk groups.
3 - Visit and tasting at Le Moulin Gourmet cheese dairy in Engomer

This cheese dairy promotes cheeses from the Pyrenees, in particular the Bethmale made from cow's, goat's and sheep's milk collected directly from the neighboring farm. This is also where the millas and the delicious ravioli are prepared.
