The domain of Sabathès is above all the values of the APAJH (Association for Disabled Adults and Young People) which has been working for more than 40 years with and for people with disabilities. From the vineyard of the 14-hectare estate, the key word in wine making is authenticity, with aromas faithful to the identity of our terroirs, refined in oak barrels in an air-conditioned cellar. A wine tasting accompanied by local products will be offered in the cellar.
