1 - Day 1 - Block 1
10 a.m. to 16 p.m.:
Know how to pedal, master the fundamentals of cycling.
It's about acquiring good balance and learning to drive and control your bike correctly: pedaling, turning, braking. This first learning period allows the speaker to approach the technical fundamentals of cycling activity in a closed environment.

2 - Day 2 - Block 2
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Know how to move around, discover mobility in a secure environment.
This second learning phase aims to transmit skills related to road safety in a closed environment. This involves knowing the rules of bicycle mobility, communicating to inform others of a desire to change direction and discovering the highway code signs.

14 p.m. to 16 p.m. Visit to the aquaculture farm in Aston.
By bike from the accommodation discover:
- The importance of water and the quality of the Aston River
- How a fish farm works (failure, ponds, food, small equipment, etc.)
- The life of salmonids on the farm (from egg to processing)
- Introduction to pond fishing (explanation of equipment, bait, etc.)

- Raising awareness of traffic rules, road signals, management of intersections and sharing the road with other users.
- Exploration of the benefits of cycling, importance of physical activity, environmental awareness.
- Promotion of an ecological and health-promoting mode of travel.
Optional: evening of tales and legends of Ariège provided by a storyteller.

Base 24 children under 12 years old.
