Sporting purpose: Adapt your stride and your support on snow.
The white trail or Nordic trail is a discipline that attracts more and more runners wishing to travel through snowy areas. Powder snow or spring, the snow trail is an activity requiring very complete muscular qualities. Often in difficult climatic conditions, you will have to adapt your stride to avoid wasting energy.

The first part of the morning allows me to analyze and readjust the levels if necessary. This circuit will be adapted to the level of the participants.

Sequence of several ascents and descents on spring snow. 8 to 15 km, 600m to 1000m of elevation gain approximately depending on the levels

From level 2/5 - Level grid

Being able to do around 3 to 4 hours of trail running during the day with educational breaks.
8 to 18km and 800m D + approximately. Snow requires additional physical effort. level groups are organized.

Mountain terrain and altitude area. Slightly steep openings with slopes of 25 to 45 °
A good preparation for Trail with passages of snow.
This trail course is wise to incorporate into a training plan, if you sign up for altitude races or especially at the start of the season when you can encounter snowy passages (trail with glacier passages like the Vignemale trail).

Educational courses will be provided during this internship.
Activity prohibited for pregnant women and people with a medical problem that could cause complications during physical activity.

A pair of trail shoes (good grip) that have already been used.

4-4) Poorly adapted equipment
