Snowshoe day hike

Additional Information :
Each person must wear the following items: - High-top, waterproof walking shoes (with gaiters), - Winter hiking clothing, warm and waterproof (walking pants, fleece, jacket, hat and gloves), - Sun protection: sunglasses (min. index 3) or ski mask, sunscreen, - Backpack (20-30 L, not exceeding 4 to 6 kg), - 1,5 liters of water minimum, - Spade - lunch and snacks (eg: cereal bar, dried fruit, etc.), hot drink, - Small pharmacy with personal treatment if necessary, and mask and hydroalcoholic gel. Any person who, at the time of departure, has an unsuitable outfit or equipment, may be refused access to the hike. IMPORTANT Prohibited for pregnant women, people with heart problems or with a medical problem that could have complications when practicing physical activity.
