The mountain is a particular environment that involves risks. To protect yourself against this, it is important to be properly equipped for a winter hike: - Waterproof hiking shoes, preferably high, - Waterproof jacket, - Warm clothing: fleece, sweater, gloves, hat... - Sun protection : hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, - Backpack, - 1,5L minimum of water, - Picnic and snacks, - Personal pharmacy. Snowshoes and poles provided.
