Discover the cultural and natural heritage of the snow-capped mountains of Couserans. Over the course of the day and observations, you will discover the characteristics of the mountain environment in winter, the fauna and flora, local anecdotes...

Through "passages" and secret paths, you will be guided on snowshoes to the Cirque de Campuls or the Col de la Core in the Bethmalais, to the Puech or on the crests of Cornudère in the Bellongue, in the secret valleys of Guzet, to the plateau of Coumebière in the Garbet valley, on the crests of Garassoula or in the sector of the Lers pond in the Massat region.

Additional Information :
The mountains are a unique environment that carries risks. To protect yourself from them, it's important to be properly equipped for a winter hike:
- Waterproof hiking shoes, preferably high-top,
- Waterproof jacket,
- Warm clothing: fleece, sweater, gloves, hat...
- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen,
- Backpack,
- 1,5L minimum of water,
- Picnic and snacks,
- Personal pharmacy.

Snowshoes and poles provided.
