You will review the properties of different plants as well as those of oils. You will be given the keys to a successful macerate and then you will select the preparation that suits you best.

You will go to recognize the plants on the ground then you will prepare your macerate which you will take away at the end of the day.

Additional Information :
Bring clothing suitable for the weather and something to take notes/photos. You can eat your picnic on site at the farm or order a refined and colorful meal basket from Au Traiteur de Massat. Courses taking place on the same day can be followed independently or successively.
